The guy called and left a message using my dad's first name, which isn't the name he goes by. The guy was like "hey you there, cmon now, answer the phone" with a very southern accent. The phone number is unlisted.

These idiots call my home on average about 4 times a day, have never left a message, and when I returned the call to find out what the f*** they wanted, the girl hung up on me. Is this some kind of collections agency or something? Aren't they supposed to tell you that they are trying to collect a debt? Idiots.

Got a call from this number, I answered and a guy asked for me by my first and last name, My phone died, I didn't bother to call back. No clue who it is

2:00am called on my cell phone twice

Calls several times a day; leaves no message. who do they represent

They called to tell me that I had a law suit about a payday loan I took out. The person I talked to Michael could not give me the company name nor the amount that I "supposedly" taken out. When I started to question the law suit he got very verbally aggressive with me telling me that I would be put in front of a judge and made to pay thousands of dollars then hung up on me. I called him back and he again hung up on me. I called one more time to talk to the person and told me not to call him anymore and hung up on me again. After 5 minutes I called again and no one answered the phone and went to a "GOOGLE" voicemail with not company or name listed."

Called us 5 times now within 10 days even though their number is blocked. If this is truly Sears calling about warranty, I hope Sears is reading these reports because I won't ever buy another product from Sears as a result of this annoying telemarketing - that's the honest truth. Never again will I shop at Sears. The only company that comes close to being worse than Sears in terms of aggressive telemarketing like this is The Brick. They, too, lost all of our future business.

Nobody is there when I answer

calls from this phone number come in once a day-they have called for three weeks in a row at the same time 12:00- 1:00pm except on Sundays.No messages are left since I have PRIVACY MANAGER and I do not accept calls that come into my priv/mngr listing.Don't know who it is or what they want--don't know, don't care: they can write me a letter if its really important.Suggest you get PRIVACY MANAGER added to your phone- it will save you lots of time and avoid any unnecessary aggrevation. The caller contacted me stating that I had a legal case pending against me for an unpaid debt. I discovered the information to be untrue. I do not want to receive anymore harassing phone calls.
